Transferring account ownership

As a safeguard, only the current account owner can transfer ownership to another Tick person. Also, the person receiving ownership must already be an Admin in Tick before the transfer is made.

As the owner,

  1. Go into Settings

  2. Choose which Admin you want to transfer the account to:

    Account Owner Transfe

  3. Once you save this setting, you’ll be immediately logged out of Tick. When you log back in, you’ll only have Admin status.
