That said, we recognize that you may have years of data and thousands of time entries in your existing tool. Historical data can provide great insight into how to better plan for future projects and we want to help you preserve those optics.
Tick's support team is happy to provide white–glove data importing and help you seamlessly migrate to a more beneficial time tracking experience. Just login to your account and click "Help" in the top right corner from any screen. Let us know you are interested in importing data from your previous time tracking application and we'll get to work.
