The Account Owner - There can be only 1 Account Owner.

As a general Person, you’re able to:

  2. See the budget status for a project, but not other people’s time entries
  3. Run reports for your own time entries.

As an Admin, you have all the privileges of a regular Tick person as well as the ability to:

  1. See the time entries each person has made for a project
  2. Create and edit time entries for each person
  3. Unrestricted access to all Tick’s reporting functions

As an Account Owner, you have unrestricted access to the Tick interface. This includes exclusive access to the “Settings,” which include billing information, plan details, Basecamp integration settings, and the ability to transfer account ownership to an Admin.
